PRECISE Home Inspections?

We are a local company owned and operated company right here in Northwest Georgia. We have been in business since 2005 and have served more than 700 happy clients since we opened our doors!

The main home inspector and the President is Tim Larkins. He was trained by AHIT (The American Home Inspectors Training Institute) and is licensed to perform home inspections in both Georgia and Tennessee. Tim comes from a background in details and looking at things in the light of "the big picture". Where did he learn this skill??? Tim used be a Class-A Golf Professional with the PGA of America. This meant managing the golf shop, driving range, golf course, upcoming tournaments, staff, course conditions, etc... all at the same time. And if something fell through the cracks there was going to be trouble.

Tim uses these same skill sets to look at your home....balancing all ten major systems and how they're working together to best get a "big picture" of the home and what is going on within it. Being able to process many systems at once or as a whole gives us a HUGE advantage over our competition who came from the construction industry where it is learned and taught about how to "get by" with short cuts or cut corners.

We inspect systems by the book! We don't cut corners and we don't look at defects with the "well that should work" mentality of the tradesman. Each house is unique and inspecting each system is also unique. We don't have "staple" comments about systems like our competition does.

Our office staff consists of Julie Larkins (Tim's wife) and Jack (CEO in training). We get back to our emails daily and phone calls as soon as possible.
