Here's How We Do it...
Our Licensed Inspectors will spend three to five hours thoroughly evaluating and testing all aspects of the property you are purchasing, from the Roof to the Basement and all areas in between. As we inspect, we'll take pictures documenting defects or points of interest so we can put them into our computer generated report which is then uploaded to the internet in a PDF format that you will be able to save to your computer, print out, email anyone or just sit on our server forever.

And remember; we want you to come along with us during the course of the inspection. Ok, if you're a veteran home buyer it may not be as important that you're there the entire time. However, if you are new to the home buying process, we feel it's very important that you're there from start to finish so you can ask any questions you may have about a particular system or component while getting information about maintaning or servicing as you keep up with the home.

You'll get a real education about your new home and be comfortable about the options there are to correct any defects noted. Don't worry, we'll explain everything in terms you can understand!
